Issue With Your Order
Missing or wrong/ damaged items, etc.
My item arrived damaged, what do i do?
If the package has visible damage please have the delivery service return the package and let us handle it. If there was no visual damage but the item was broken, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged product, as well as a photo of the full shipping label.
What do I do if i received the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the wrong product and your order number.
How can I track my order?
You will be sent tracking details via email once your package has shipped. Check your spam folder if you don’t think you’ve received it. If you’re still unable to track your
package, please get in touch with us. (Tracking may not be available for some countries, e.g. the UK and Australia). Keep in mind that delays can occur during the import/customs inspection.
I received my order! How can i avoid damaging it while unpacking?
Print unpacking & handling instructions:
- Remove cap from the end of the tube with the black tape
- Gently slide the print out carefully to avoid damaging the edges
- Remove the print from the plastic
- Unroll your poster and carefully place weighted objects on each corner
- Leave to flatten overnight
- Choose a frame for your artwork
- Enjoy!
Acrylic unpacking & handling instructions:
- Carefully cut tape around the box as to not accidental damage the acrylic
- Gently slide the acrylic out the side of the box
- Remove the acrylic from the plastic
- Once you are ready to hang your art, remove the foam corner protectors and protective film
- Enjoy!

When will my order ship?
We try to send out all orders within 3-5 working days of them being
placed. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may take 5-10 working days.
Items on pre-order, we have an estimated date set but delays are possible.
If your order contains an item that is available AND an item on preorder, we will ship in stock items and pre-order items will ship upon availability.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Rates will vary and are calculated during checkout. Please note that customs/ import fees may apply.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders with a total value of $150 or more will automatically qualify for free shipping.
How is art shipped?
We care about your art and always do our best to provide the best possible shipping methods.
Our prints will come rolled in a sturdy shipping tube. The print itself is encased in a plastic sleeve and paper.
Acrylics come in a thick box with foam corner protectors and a plastic wrapping for added protection from the elements.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size, wrong item, etc.
How do I make a return?
You can submit for a return through your customer account.
If you do not have a customer account please contact us.
Please note, returns must be submitted within 30 days and the item must be unopened.
Have you received my return?
We will reach out to you as soon as we have received your return.
Can I exchange my item for another?
You can submit an exchange request directly through your customer account!
If you do not have an account please contact us.
Please note that exchanges may not always be possible based on inventory and the limited edition nature of some of our products.

The item I want says sold out
If the item in question is a limited edition piece and is marked as "sold out" it will not be restocked EVER. If it is an open edition not limited to a certain number contact us about when the item will be restocked.
